Team Evaluation

Aquanauts

13 & Under

Beginners, new to swimming.

Able to swim 25 yards freestyle.


Training objectives: Learn stroke fundamentals and technique. Develop the endurance necessary to integrate into other training groups.


A lower coach to swimmer ratio allows for more individual attention.


Swimmers may participate in some home meets, by invite.

Able to swim 50 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke.


Training objectives: Learn competitive swimming techniques and rules.

Training objectives: Continuous improvement of technique. Develop proficiency, build endurance, and learn the drills associated with the 4 competitive strokes.

Training objectives: Fine-tune competitive swimming techniques. Build endurance, through regular practice attendance and as a part of our seasonal training cycles. Learn to implement and utilize the team's S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting techniques for each season. 5000-7000 yards/practice,


Swimmers should participate in all Home meets and most USA meets.
