Where are lessons held?
Schedule an evaluationFST lessons are only offered at our Macon location.
The aquatic center in Warner Robins maintains their own lesson program.
When are group lessons offered?
Schedule an evaluationGroup lessons primarily offered February - September. Fall/Winter lessons may be offered from time to time.
When are private lessons offered?
Private lessons are available year-round, pending instructor availability.
Which "level" of group lessons should I sign up for?
Just sign up for lessons and leave the placement to us! Swimmers are evaluated during the first day of class and grouped by ability. The instructors then teach to the level of each individual swimmer within their group.
How many lessons will my swimmer need?
The number of lessons a swimmer will need will vary from swimmer to swimmer.
Our first goal is safety. Our second goal is developing swimmers who are ready to join the swim team, if they choose. We try to progress swimmers through the program as efficiently as possible, and will let you know as soon as they are ready to graduate.
What's next after lessons?
Swimmers who want to continue to progress onto the team after graduating from lessons are invited to join our pre-competitive training group, the Aquanauts.
